Wolfsberg & Associates, LLC is founded by Jeffrey S. Wolfsberg — a seasoned behavioral-health strategist, executive coach, and workplace performance expert with more than three decades of experience helping people and organizations do the hard work of getting better. Jeff’s entire career sits at the intersection of human behavior, leadership, recovery, and organizational performance — a combination few can claim and even fewer can execute at a high level.

Jeff has spent his life inside the real world of workplaces: government, private industry, behavioral health systems, and the high-pressure environments where culture, performance, and people collide. He’s led statewide initiatives, advised business leaders, trained thousands, and built programs that improve retention, strengthen leadership, create psychologically safety, and high-functioning teams. His track record speaks for itself: when organizations need someone who can cut through noise, reach people who have shut down, and turn chaotic situations into clarity, Jeff is the one they call.
